Piston Well Services is pleased to announce an opportunity within our management team. We have an opening for a field-experienced candidate to fill the role of HSE/HR Coordinator. The role is office-based in Red Deer, AB and includes responsibilities such as:
- Monitoring and ongoing improvements of the company's COR program, driver, regulatory & customer compliance
- Worksite visits, meetings, inspections & incident response
- Personnel coordinating & logistics
- Developing and implementation of the company's training programs
- Coordinate the company's HSE & HR data platforms

The successful candidate will have:
- Thorough knowledge of snubbing or similar oilfield service work and mobile equipment standards
- Experience with COR auditing protocols
- Strong leadership, organization and communication skills
