In the ebb and flow of fertility treatments, itβs natural to experience a range of emotions, sometimes influenced by the effects of medications on our bodiesβ delicate hormone balance and sometimes by the psychological effects family planning can have on relationships we have with partners, families, and most importantly, with ourselves π€β£β£β£

All of this together can leave us feeling uprooted and untethered. This series was created with the intention of soothing those feelings, helping to bring back feelings of safety and security. π± β£β£β£

Hi everyone β¨ I'm Tori, the creator and guide at YS, and I'm so grateful for your presence here. I believe we're always where we're meant to be, and that includes you, right here, right now.
I thought I'd let you in a bit and share who I am and what I'm all about π€
First things first, I am a long time Central Alberta local, currently residing in Red Deer with my partner Carson and our two perfect pups, Benny & Kana. I am so thankful to be in a position to serve the Central Alberta area βοΈ
Now for the deep stuff π Throughout my life I've always felt a deep connection to emotions. This heightened sensitivity led me on a journey of self-discovery and healing, starting in my teenage years. I discovered meditation as a lifeline during times of anxiety, and later, yoga, which beautifully combined meditation with physicality to manage my emotions and frankly, my own existence.
Through practice, I developed a deep passion for self-study, healing, and the beauty of connection. I have experienced the transformative power that practices like yoga, meditation, and other sharing practices can have on the connection to oneself and others, and that is why You, Still was created β¨
Helping fellow humans navigate their unique paths and find their own beautiful connections within themselves has been a source of immense fulfillment for me. There's an indescribable joy in connecting with people and helping them discover their inner beauty, resilience, and presence.
