What an incredible weekend of roller derby!

We are so proud to see our NFRD league members together during the Team Canada Junior Roller Derby practice weekend! ❤️🖤

From our talented skaters to Coach Mal, who continues to dedicate so much time, energy, and passion to developing our athletes, and our very own league president, Cakes, serving as Team Canada’s Team Manager, it’s pretty special to see our league represented at so many levels!

And let’s talk about these skaters! 🛼💪

The hard work, determination, and commitment they are putting in is incredible. The hours of training, the willingness to learn, the teamwork, and the drive to keep getting better are exactly what this sport is all about. They are pushing themselves, supporting one another, and showing what it takes to compete at the next level!

These moments remind us that roller derby is so much bigger than any one team. It’s about building opportunities, supporting the next generation, and creating connections that last a lifetime.

We couldn’t be prouder of our athletes, coaches, and leadership who continue to represent our league and community on the national stage!

Small communities. Big derby dreams. One incredible derby family. ❤️🇨🇦
