Congratulations to Redcliff Roller Hockey’s Carter Martin for being named to the 2014 Team Alberta squad for the State Wars international roller hockey tournament in Fort Wayne, Indiana from July 23-26, 2026!!

As an annual event hosted in the U.S., State Wars is one of the largest international roller hockey tournaments which brings together teams representing many U.S. states and several Canadian provinces… including our very own Team Alberta program selected from a tryout camp in Red Deer.

As an added surprise, we were also informed that Carter was shortlisted for the Roller Hockey Canada NDP 12&Under National Program.

Way to represent Redcliff Roller Hockey Carter!!

🏒⚡ PROVINCIAL BOUND! ⚡🏒

After a season filled with hard work, growth, determination, and teamwork, our U11 Rolling Thunder team is heading to Alberta Roller Hockey Provincials in Lethbridge!

These players have spent the season developing their skills, supporting one another, and representing Redcliff with pride. Now they'll have the opportunity to compete against some of the best roller hockey teams from across Alberta.

No matter what happens on the scoreboard, we couldn't be prouder of what this team has accomplished.

❤️ Good luck players, coaches, and families. ⚡ Play hard. 🏒 Have fun. 🙌 Make memories.

Let's show Alberta what Rolling Thunder is all about!

💥 IT WAS AN AWESOME FIRST NIGHT for our Redcliff Roller Hockey’s free “Try Roller Hockey” week!!

🤩 We had just over two dozen youth participants from Redcliff/Medicine Hat between the two groups on Monday night at the Redcliff RecTangle… with stickhandling, shots and fun for all!

🥅 Did you know? Both unregistered and registered roller hockey participants are eligible to participate in our FREE event this week!! So feel free to join us and invite your friends to try roller hockey!

🏒 We recommend gear for this event to include rollerblades, helmet, gloves, stick at minimum, but shin pads and elbow pads are also highly recommended in order to scrimmage

⁉️ Have questions or looking to join in on the fast-paced fun… please just send us a DM, or you can email us at [email protected]
