Well that’s a wrap!!! For those of you who don’t know this is my client who started training with me back at the end of May! 12 weeks later and he’s absolutely putting in the work to bring fitness back into his life in a huge way!!! These are from tonight’s pec workout and I couldn’t be happier with the results! There will be another celebratory post later this weekend once I’ve gotten the before and after pics organized, but not only did we hit his target goal early we maintained it right through to the very end! One of the top areas that most people struggle with is their shoulders and I am no exception! Driving up the resistance in my personal program focused on delt and trap growth has had other unexpected benefits for me. Posture is something everyone struggles with since we spend so much time on our devices and sitting at desks! If you want to feel less strain in your back and neck I 💯 recommend adding cobras to your strength training!

Alright so day 3 of is definitely coming good! So far only one major food craving and I’m starting to see some water weight start sliding off. I’m starting it off at 254 lbs and hoping to see that come down closer to 200 as I peel off the abdominal fat to bring my waist down to 35” from 48”. This is probably my biggest struggle for this cut, especially since I’m not just cutting sugary food but also ending my long term relationship with Cola products. Big shoutout to my trainer for working with me to shift our lifting focus to help maintain motivation and results, not to mention the offer to help me if I have dietary questions. As mentioned yesterday I am currently taking on clients for training sessions and have fall specials to help you maintain your budget 👍🏻 🍁💛🍂
