I am excited to share some big news with you all! Starting Monday, June 10th, 2024, I will be relocating my chiropractic practice to CBI Health - Regina Gold Square North, located at 376 McCarthy Boulevard North, Regina, Saskatchewan. I will be providing my services full-time at this new location, and I am eager to continue our journey towards better health together.
Your unwavering support and trust mean the world to me, and I look forward to welcoming you to my new office. I am also accepting new patients, so please spread the word to your friends and family.

Physical exercise can have a profound positive impact on our mental health. It promotes the release of endorphins — our body’s natural pain relievers and pleasure enhancers. It also boosts the brain’s dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin levels — all of which affect focus and attention.
By maintaining a regular exercise schedule, it can prevent the nervous system from becoming or feeling “stuck.” Given the winter blues, it serves as a good distraction and gives you the opportunity to break out of the cycle of negative thoughts.
Movement promotes all kinds of changes in the brain which can include neural growth, reduced inflammation, sharper memories, energy boosts, better sleep, new activity patterns that promote calm feelings, well-being, and a better outlook in life.
