- 12 on ice sessions running Aug 4 - Sep 13
- Designed to prepare players for evaluation & upcoming hockey season.
- Conditioning, edge work, shooting, stick stickhandling, passing, and game situations.

💥U13 Skills Camp
- 4 full days (8am - 3:30pm)
- On ice focusing on skill development and power skating
- Dryland training focusing on pregame warm up, stretching, agility, speed, balance & plyometrics.
