Hey Regina, we are looking for a few talented high school athletes to take their game to the next level. This October we are pleased to introduce our Rise & Shoot basketball training program instructed by Coach Arsenic. Alek will be going over game theory designed for post players. Some topics he will be addressing are: player decision making, pick and roll, pitch and follow, dribble handoff, shooting technique, defense positioning. This is a great opportunity to get ready for the school day with basketball-specific conditioning.

Coach Todd has been coaching high school and RCBA and club for over 13 years. He is currently coaching at Martin Collegiate and also the club team Regina Sonics that represented the prairies as Team Saskatchewan at the Jr. NBA Canadian championship.
