In March during Canada’s Farm Show presented by Bunge, Jordon Lynch and Chansi Bourke of Lynch Farm Partnership were named the 2026 Saskatchewan Outstanding Young Farmers!

This award celebrates farmers aged 18–39 who are leading the way in agriculture—and Jordon and Chansi are doing just that. Their 15,000-acre operation produces lentils, canola, durum, flax, and wheat, while setting a strong example in sustainable family partnerships and thoughtful succession planning.

Next stop: they’ll represent Saskatchewan on the national stage in Vancouver, BC, from November 25–29, 2026.

Canada’s Farm Show presented by Bunge is built on three pillars, education, collaboration, and innovation.

Each year Innovator and Innovation Awards are presented to those who foster innovation and support growth and resilience in farming.

Bushel Plus won in the category of New Technology Innovation with their John Deere X9 Split Frame MAD Concaves.

Their story was recently shared with the Manitoba Co-operator about the win and their significant plans for the future.
