Brazilian Jiujitsu Classes in North West Regina!
Looking a great workout? Do you Want to learn a marital art& learn how to defend yourself!
Then look no further! Sets fitness Centre is home to North West Brazilian Jiujitsu Academy.
Our school has a Great team atmosphere and welcome all levels of experience. Our instructors range from black to purple belts. Classes are small, giving our students lots of one on one time with our coaches.
We have Adult, youth and kids classes running from 2-5 classes for each group weekly.
Classes range from from 45 to 90 minutes of techniques, drills and sparring.
