That hustle culture

It can ruin your results.

Hunger cues?

There’s a lot to go over with this subject.

I see a lot of my ladies that I work with don’t know what their hungers are or feel like.

Understanding your hunger cues can be very beneficial for your overall health but also to be able to fuel your body to the fullest.
