Iโm doing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days as part of The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health. This target represents the 2,000 people who died by su***de each day, worldwide. This year Iโm choosing growth over comfort. One new challenge each month, even when it feels uncomfortable. Iโve spent enough time underestimating myself, 2026 is about showing up and finding out what I can really do. My Why
I choose to prioritize myself and stay active as I age because I want to move through life with strength, confidence, and independence.
