Feel Good Friday story

This is wonderful story about kindness and consideration. Yesterday our staff (Phong and Binh ) were picking up supplies (oil) at Canadian Tire. They accidentally dropped some money on the floor. After they left that aisle a gentleman named Neil noticed the money and picked it up. When Neil was in line he saw Phong and Binh with their Suds sweaters buying oil but wasn’t sure it was thier money. Once home he posted the story on Facebook mentioning that he thought the money could belong to the two men with the Suds sweaters on as they were buying oil and that was the aisle the money was found. A friend of our manager (Rob) read post and reached out to Rob saying could he ask our staff to see if anyone was at Canadian Tire yesterday. We asked Phong first as he maintains our equipment and visits Canadian Tire often and he was pretty happy to hear his money was found. It wasn’t a lot of money and wasn’t worth stressing over but I can tell you what is worth mentioning is the effort Neil made to return the money to its owner. When he dropped it off at Suds he only said you’re welcome and people work hard for their money and I value that.
