💪 Season of Strength Starts June 1! 💪

Ready to see just how strong you can get this summer?

Here’s how it works:

✅ Step 1: Complete your initial weigh-in
Stop by the front desk before your first workout to complete your Season of Strength weigh-in.

✅ Step 2: Choose your strength move
During Week 1, you’ll select one of the following exercises to track throughout the challenge:

* Squat
* Deadlift
* Chest Press
* Single-Arm Low Row

✅ Step 3: Pick your weight factor
Choose a weight that allows you to perform 6–12 reps with proper form.

✅ Step 4: Track your progress
After each Season of Strength workout, head to the binder at the front desk. Find your tracking sheet and record:

* Date
* Weight used
* Reps completed

Using that information, you’ll calculate your Strength Score and watch it improve over the course of the challenge.

📈 The goal isn’t just to lift heavier—it’s to build consistency, improve performance, and see measurable strength gains over time.

Week 1 begins June 1.

This week we had the pleasure of hosting a team building session with some members of RPS, and they absolutely brought the energy 🔥

Big effort, endless high 5s, lots of laughs, and maybe a little smack talk along the way 👀💪. It’s always amazing to see coworkers step outside the office and connect in a whole new way.

We love introducing groups to a different kind of team experience outside the workplace, and these crews showed exactly what it’s all about.
