Happy Sunday! I love seeing FB memories and this was a baby shower with running friends in 2009! Three of the same friends that I’m running a half-marathon with in Moose Jaw today!
Your time is precious friends. Yes, there are always things to do in your house, buying groceries or doing laundry on a Sunday but don't forget to take care of yourself. Your time is precious and so are you. Also, remember to dance!

Happy Saturday! I’m off to Moose Jaw today with my running besties for the Sunday morning. We’re going to go for lunch and some shopping then stay there overnight. Thank goodness the weather forecast is good!!

It was a cooler week so cooking and baking in the oven was no problem. I made Layered Chicken Tortilla for supper Tuesday night and we had extra for later in the week. I bought a BBQ chicken from the grocery store which worked well for the recipe.

Happy Friday and TGIF! I’m dressed warm to go to yoga this morning because it’s only 10C. 🤔 do I walk or drive????

Happy Thursday! I’m going to run this morning so🤞that it doesn’t rain. My plan is to walk to yoga class after too!
Remember to register for your Summer Sizzler pass at Bodhi Tree Yoga for a summer of yoga classes at one price. Sizzler starts June 22nd. I’m teaching Hips & Hamstrings on Wednesday nights but I’m also subbing some classes in July.
Take time for yourself today even if it's a work day. Go for a short walk, find a few moments to stop and relax even if you feel too busy to do it. You are important.

Happy Tuesday! I’m substitute teaching today with little ones which is fun because I’m a grandma. I’ll do my Tuesday yoga at home but I’ll miss Karen’s class. Yoga makes my body and mind feel good. It can be fifteen minutes or ninety minutes but I always am happy after.

Happy Sunday!! I’m chatting with friends from India this morning at 7:30am. I have been chatting with them since I was in Kolkata with Her Future Coalition in the fall of 2022. At 8:30 I’m meeting a running bestie for a 6-10km run in prep for our next half marathon next Sunday in Moose Jaw.
I’m going to do some MFR with my foam roller, use a ball for my feet and some stretching for my hips later today. When I do this it makes my body feel good.
I love seeing FB memories and this was running the Shopper’s Run for Women ten years ago with my daughter. I miss that this run isn’t in Regina anymore.

Happy Saturday! I’m getting back into my home routine again and making plans for today. I’m going to do some work in my yard, visit my mom and spend time on my yoga mat. Remember to get your Summer Sizzler pass from Bodhi Tree Yoga to enjoy yoga classes starting June 22nd through the summer.
If you’re ever in Osoyoos, B.C definitely go to Gino’s Coffee House. Gino’s Coffee House has delicious Chai Tea and breakfast as well other great drinks and food. My running besties and I went there twice when we were in Osoyoos for the Half Cork Marathon.
