Hi Fellow Prowlers!
I hope you all had a great summer and are just as excited as I am for this year's sledding season! We had a director’s meeting earlier this month and have come up with another action packed calendar of events that will enhance the snowmobile season.
I have attached the Calendar Of Events for this upcoming season and a list of the committee members, however there are a few items I would like to highlight.
1. Our meetings have been booked for the full season at the Serb Club every second Tuesday of the month from October to March with the first one starting Tuesday October 14th at 7:30pm.
2. The clubhouse cleanup day is scheduled for Saturday October 18th @ 10:30am. Please respond to this e-mail by Tuesday October 14th if you will be able to make the clean up so the Social Committee can order food appropriately for the amount of people that will be attending.
3. The Adults Night Out has been booked for Saturday November 29th @ 6:30pm. The location this year will be at Birmingham’s North 3701 Rochdale Blvd.
The membership fees for this year will remain the same: Family $60, Single $40, and Dealer $75, with new memberships half price (excluding dealers). The membership form is attached. Payments can be sent by etransfer to our email address, or paid in cash at a monthly meeting.
Last year due to rising insurance costs and expenses, our club's account balance was in a less than ideal position compared to the previous years. We will really have to concentrate on getting all of our SSA ticket books sold as this is a huge fundraiser for our club with $85 per book sold coming back to the club.
I hope to see you all at the meeting and soon on the trails!

Hello,
The Saskatchewan Snowmobile Association has contracted MNP to complete an economic impact study of the snowmobile industry in Saskatchewan.
Data is being collected on spending related to snowmobile trips by local and visiting snowmobilers in Saskatchewan. The data will be used to estimate the economic contributions that snowmobiling makes to the economy of Saskatchewan.
This is where we need your help! It will only take 20 minutes of your time, and everyone who completes the is eligible to be entered into a draw to win 1 of 2 Ski-Doo jackets provided by Pines Power Sports Marine! (Limited to one entry per person)
Participate by Friday, June 20, to help us show how important snowmobiling is to Saskatchewan. Please click this link to complete the survey: https://questionnaire.simplesurvey.com/f/s/Survey_of_Saskatchewan_Snowmobilers

The winter season this year was a lot more kind to us sledders, with a few club rides that took place and various other functions. However, the sledding season is now coming to an end and we hope the snow God’s will be on our side next year! Our AGM is fast approaching on SUNDAY APRIL 13TH starting at 3:30pm with supper to follow at 5:00pm at the Serb Club. If you are attending please make sure you have RSVP'd by email as it is very important to have accurate numbers to provide to the Serb Club on who will be attending! This year we are going to try something a little different, rather then having a buffet you can order from the menu and the club will cover the cost, with the exception of alcoholic beverages.
Please plan to attend the AGM as it is our most important meeting of the year. It will include Financial Statement, committee reports, elections of officers, and the forming of new committees for the 2025-2026 season. Please come prepared to put your name forward for some of the positions that will become available as some members step down from their current roles. Reminder that ALL positions are open so please consider letting your name stand when nominated.
Hope to see you all at the meeting!

Hello fellow Prowlers,
Unfortunately we had very few people sign up to attend our family fun day this Sunday, March 10th.
We have decided to postpone that event till Sunday, March 24th. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We are hoping to have more people able to attend that day. There will be activities for the kids, plus socializing for the adults. We will obviously have more snow outside to play in also than we originally thought.
The plan is the same. Event starts at 1:30. There will be hot dogs and hamburgers later on in the afternoon.
Would you please respond to this email by Sunday, May 17th with how many adults and children are attending.
If you have any questions please call or text Gail Blommaert at 306-539-3585 ( cell) or 306-545-5859 ( home) . Or email her at: [email protected]
To those of you planning to go to Yorkton this weekend to do some snowmobiling , we hope you have some great riding experiences.
Kind Regards ,
Prairie Prowler Social Committee
