It was a week of firsts for me! First week of group classes & first week of kindergarten for my daughter. As I did my workout today I felt gratefulness in my heart and I felt truly blessed. The work is just getting started and I’m feeling excited for the journey ahead. Thank you to everyone who have supported me so far 💪🏾🥰

Shorts season (I hate wearing shorts, still learning how to not be overly critical of myself). I’m on Week 11 of my program and this week is a struggle!! Migraines, congested and sooooo tired but I’m here because I always feel better after a gym session.
