‼️BASIC ANATOMY‼️
The very first step before you even start working out is to get to know exactly what you are going to workout… your MUSCULAR STRUCTURE💪😃
How do we establish mind to muscle connection without knowing our muscles?
You don’t need to memories the names but you absolutely need to know and be able to VISUALIZE how muscle fibres connect our skeletal structure.
How constructions of muscle tissue creates movement.
How muscle contraction look like.

This is all NECESSARY, you HAVE TO be a bale to do it when exercising.
Don’t just be making movements at the gym, CONTRACT your muscles. Muscle contractions CREATE MOVEMENT.
That is the way to properly train and workout to grow and develop your muscles and make them stronger!

‼️FOOD IS EVERYTHING‼️
🔑And when it comes to food CONTROL is KEY.🔑
➡️If you eat organic, home cooked foods but you eat too much you will still be overweight.
➡️If you soak everything on fried vegitable oils, even if its best quality, you ll still have problems with cholesterol, liver and kidneys.
👑And when it comes to building BEST physique that you can build,
GOOD QUALITY ANIMAL PROTEIN IS KING👑
✅️Beef
✅️Eggs
✅️Fish
✅️Chicken
QUALITY is very important.
Why?
✔️Protein is a building material.
Just like if you want to build a house, you want to build it to last, building it from brick and stone, not paper and sand.
✔️Same is true for your body. The better quality foods, especially protein, the stronger the body(not just muscles) and the longer it will last (live longer)
👉Get control of your food by MEASURING every meal.
👉Get good quality meats and alot of it if you are exercising.

Discipline, consistency, perseverance, relentlessness...
But what is this actually all about?
Its about
✅️PLAN - plan out where you want to go, your goal. And how you going to get there.
✅️STRUCTURE - structured workouts and meal plan.
✅️SCHEDULE - put it on paper. Your daily activities.
Than you use
Consistently
❗️DISCIPLINE to stay on the plan ❗️CONSISTENTLY over coming all the obstacles on the way RELENTLESSLY❗️
Here is a quick example.
-8am wake up and run
-9:30am meal 2
Eggs X
Oats X cup
Fruits X
-11am workout
-12:30pm meal 2
Chicken X oz
Rice X oz
Broccoli X oz
- 1pm work
- 3:30 meal 3
Beef X
Veggies X
- 6:30pm meal 4
Salmon X
Veggies
- 8pm finish work
- 9pm home and chill
- 11pm meditation
- 11:30pm sleep
That is just an EXAMPLE.

There is no further progress without INTENSITY.
Once you get to gym, get on your diet and cardio, You have to increase the intensity of your workouts.
And keep increasing in gradually.
That is PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD.
I see it all the time. And you have seen it too. Same people year in and year out going to the gym and still no results.
Because they are sill using SAME WEIGHTS. same exercises!!!🤯
The proper way to increase INTENSITY:
✅️add weight
✅️do more reps
✅️less rest
✅️more exercises
✅️better form
(Do not do them all at once)
