My focus lately has been on building strength for both myself as well as my clients. To get strong and progress, we need to add load. It’s important to be strong to help protect our bones and joints, and to move through life with minimal physical discomfort. Kneeling Cat on the Chair. The first time I tried this I thought I was going to topple over. Now it’s one of my favourites and fees amazing. Great for core stability, lumbopelvic rhythm, spinal mobility and huge for shoulder support.
