We talk about the how CONSISTENCY is KEY 🔑
But that missing piece of seeing your results could be INTENSITY! Are you going hard, giving it your best effort?
In terms of conditioning it could be your heart rate.
In terms of strength, are you progressively overloading.
More weights, more reps, more ROM?
Make sure to push yourself past your comfort zone in order to see change!

Start by STARTING.
New Year, everyone might be excited to start training or level up our goals. Ride that motivation and GET STARTED.
It’ll be uncomfortable and the journey won’t be easy.
So here’s a few tips:
-Have a plan, it’ll help you stay CONSISTENT.
-Celebrate the small wins, be PATIENT for the big win.
-Remember your WHY, it’ll keep you DISCIPLINED when you want to quit.
It’ll be worth it, YOU GOT THIS. 🤩

Men’s LEADERBOARD 🏆
We saw a little more competitive spirit from the men’s side. Some big names missed out and some working around injuries… so can’t wait until the next one!

Trap Bar Deadlift - 3 rep MAX
Bench Press - 1 rep MAX
Squats - 40% BW for reps
Conditioning - Row 500m, Ski 300m, Run 100m

Help us welcome to the Rise^ family!
Mckenna comes from a sports training background which means, if she can push athletes, she’ll probably make most of us cry 😭
However, she’s shifted her focus on using her Yoga practices on helping people move better with improved mobility/flexibility/recovery.
We’re excited to have her add that element to our community with R^Yoga classes focusing on feeling renewed and refreshed from the intense training we do here!
Her first official class is this Sunday at 9:30am. Check the schedule for the new class and make sure to book! We know most of YOU need it 👀
