🎲 Shaking Things Up 🎲

The last 2-3 weeks I felt slightly complacent. From workouts, to content, to studying, I felt I can push myself harder. The gear I'm going at now may be a 9 for others, but just felt slow.

How I plan to refocus my priorities:

⏰ - Setting my alarm for 6AM daily
πŸ“ - Plan my monthly goals for Oct
✍🏼 - Reestablish my year end goals
πŸ“… - Plot out deadlines physically
🚿 - Sauna/Spa day

Tips to stay on track for summer!

πŸ”‘ - Lower the load and give yourself a break
⏰ - Take time off
❀ - Spend more time with loved ones
🌳 - Get into nature
🍦 - Have the icecream

At the end of the day do what makes you happy. If you want to take 2 weeks off the gym, do it. If you want to lock in all summer no breaks, do it. Find YOUR happiness.

We all know its important to stay consistent when working towards any goal. Personally the last 2/3 weeks ive been a little off track. Gotta keep it real on here. It's some summer tho, happens every year. With places opening back up patio szn is in effect. It's OK to enjoy and live a little! 😁

At the same time it's important we acknowledge when this happens, to remain aware and correct it in due time. CHECK YOURSELF WHEN YOU NEED TO!

"How do you stay motivated" Truthfully I don't. And to be honest lately been lacking motivation. This is when discipline kicks in and takes control.πŸ’ͺ🏼

Motivation is the desire you use to cause action. Self-Discipline can be defined as the strategy you use to achieve your goals. Motivation can give you small bursts of momentum, it's discipline that carries you in the long run. Small changes over time lead to big results.

Discipline is telling the voice of fear in your head to pipe down. It's putting the work in when you don't feel like it. It's developing long term habits. It's sticking to the code. ✍🏼

1. Set realistic goals with deadlines.

3. Remind yourself why you started.
