the C.P.B.C. has learned that Michelle Nelson passed away today after a long battle with cancer. Michelle was a C.P.B.C. Women's Bantamweight Canadian Champion fighting then Peggy Maerz it was a war between them with Michelle winning the Canadian Title at the end of it all. Michelle was trained by John Deviston both from Saskatoon. Michelle was a true Warrior and her long battle with cancer proved that. C.P.B.C. will always remember Michelle Nelson our first Canadian Women Bantamweight Champion.
R.I.P Champ we will miss you.
