6AM Shooting Practices We have been running 6AM Shooting practices for U13 kids for a couple of years now on Mondays and Thursdays at the Richmond Ice Centre and Minoru Arena for advanced shooters that want to get their reps in.

I have been running a 6am group on Mondays for over a year with 5 kids. They come once a week, and we've only cancelled once or twice because the Rink was closed for a holiday. So I have decided to open up another day!

It's difficult to get up this early for some people and traffic in Richmond is usually terrible so it's not that easy to attend this session, but I have been enjoying this practice and also working on my own shot.

This session is for kids who already know how to shoot. They have learned the technique at Slapshot Alley and now they want to practice at faster speeds on the real ice. So we take about 100-200 shots in the hour with lots of skating.
