We’re adding a NEW Competition Class to the schedule!
Thursdays | 6:30–8:00 PM
This class is designed to help our team prepare for upcoming tournaments with specific sparring, competition rules, strategy, and hard rounds to build conditioning.
You do not need to be competing to attend. Everyone is welcome.
Come train hard, sharpen your game, and help your teammates get ready for the next event.

CLASS TAKEOVER - LUKE BEAVIS 🔥
This Thursday, August 13th, Luke Beavis is taking over the mats at Advantage for a special No-Gi class at 6:30 PM.
Luke is an IBJJF No-Gi World Champion, black belt, and multiple-time IBJJF No-Gi champion and medalist. Come learn from an accomplished competitor and get some great rounds in.

We've been building on what Alex showed us by creating games and drills that let the kids explore the position, solve problems, and develop confidence. It's been amazing to see how quickly they're progressing when they're encouraged to experiment and have fun. 👊

A huge congratulations to Mackenzie and Jordan for representing Advantage Jiu-Jitsu at Prime Series 14!
🥇 Mackenzie brought home gold, putting together an outstanding performance against two very tough opponents.
🥈 Jordan earned silver after battling through two hard-fought matches against a skilled opponent, showing a ton of grit and determination.
Proud of both of you for stepping up and putting your training to the test. Now it's back to work so we're ready for the next one. Let's have a big team showing next time. There's a lot of talent on these mats, and it's time to show it!

🙏 Big thanks to Alex for coming out and teaching both our Kids Gi class and our Adult No-Gi class!
It was awesome to get a behind the scenes look at how AOJ runs their kids program. Seeing how one of the best BJJ academies in the world develops young athletes was incredibly valuable, and our coaching team took lots of notes that we'll be bringing back into our own program.
🥋 The techniques were great, but just as valuable was seeing the coaching, the class structure, and all the little details that make a difference over time.
Always a student. Always looking for ways to give our members the best experience possible.
