We are all set for body scans starting Saturday October 1st until Monday October 3rd. Book through F45 app! ๐ ๐ฑ
After 45 days of sweat, pain, agony and almond milk it is time to see how your body has developed. ๐คฉ
Your scan report will have your previous result recorded so you can see the progress you have made. ๐๐ผ
Remember: no eating or drinking 2 hours prior. Wear light clothing. You will take your shoes off for the scan. Make sure your scan time is as close as possible to the first scan you did. โผ๏ธ
