Had an incident with the ole bike and srarched the hell out of the stanchion in 3 places. With nothing to lose I ordered a Sendhit Scratch repair kit.
If you follow the instructions and video very carefully it works really well.
The only advice I would give is be careful of how much you apply, kinda like repairing a dent or hole in drywall.
Also, the amount they tell you to use is waaaaaaay too much, even the deep scratches I had. Patience is key.
It's a 2:1 ratio, cut it in half, at least.
It worked great though. The black colour in the end doesn't matter, it ended up clear anyways. Smooth, like a new stanchion
Definitely recommend it. About a quarter of the price of a new CSU. 😃👍

A very hot ride today. Had to leave my good ole riding companion (Zoey) because of the excess heat. Trails in great condition. Lovin my + , gets me to the top without much of a fuss but still putting in the effort. 3 laps today. Hit the drop on Manhandler as well. Bigger than I remember. Great ride overall. 😁
