INVOICING PROCESS
Once you choose which days you wish to participate in for the summer we will invoice you immediately. We require full payment in order to confirm your registration. For example, if you choose to attend a specific class every Tuesday and Thursday in July we will invoice you for the full amount and your spot will be held only once payment is received.


PAYMENT
Once you confirm your spot in the program, an invoice will be sent to you. To confirm your spot, non-member payments by e-transfer must be made to [email protected]. All RCC Members will be charged directly to their accounts. Credit card payments are available over the phone but are subject to a 3% fee. E-transfers are highly recommended instead of debit payments to decrease the amount of traffic flow within the club and to keep everyone safe.

A group minimum of 3 participants is required. RCC Covid-19 policies are in effect.

Cancellation Policy: RCC reserves the right to cancel any program or camp that does not fill to a certain capacity or does not meet the minimum registration requirement.

Refund Policy: Refunds will not be considered for participants schedule changes (including vacation schedule, work schedule or other non-medical reasons) or conflicts. Refunds will only be considered for injury reasons. A request for a refund due to injury must be submitted in writing along with a doctor's note, within 7 days of your camp start date. There are no refunds for missed days. Make up days will only be considered if there is room within the group or program day. Make up days do not carry over into different terms.

We would like to introduce the new Fall Junior Tennis Program information to all current, past and new interested participants.
Please read all the information below carefully, in particular registration dates for RCC members and non-members as well as new procedures for HP applications and general registration.

RCC Progressive Programs (Red Ball, Orange Ball, Green Ball, Tween Tennis and Teen Tennis)

All registration will be done through Gametime.

*Please note that when you register for a specific day, you are committed for that day for the whole Fall Term. An invoice will be sent to you once you have registered and payment will be put through to RCC Member Accounts for final confirmation. NON-MEMBERS: Once non-members register, an invoice will be sent and payment must be received to confirm your spot. Payments are to be made by e-transfer to [email protected].

RCC High Performance Programs (HP1, HP2, and Futures)

All member and non-member participants interested in our performance groups (HP1, HP2, and Futures) must fill out our new online application to be considered for these classes.

All applications received after this date will not be accepted unless there is extra space.

Starting August 11th, we will be assembling all groups according to the priority and selection criteria explained in our program information and online application form. An email confirming spots will be sent to all applicants by Sunday Aug 16th. All those who do not make the list will be put on a waiting list.

*Richmond Country Club has the right to use their own discretion in choosing group participants and may refuse participants that do or do not meet these specific criteria. Depending on the make up of our participants, groups can be altered to help facilitate proper grouping of participants.
