Canadian golfer Mike Weir returns to full-time play on Web.com Tour
The 2003 Masters champion is planning on playing a full schedule on the PGA Tour's feeder circuit thanks to a special exemption category for golfers aged 48-49 — which should mark the first time he's played more than 20 events since 2014.

Welcome to ”Hogan's Alley” where Ben Hogan won 3 times in 18-month span, earning Riviera the such nickname.
Tiger Woods is making his second start of the 2019 season. As he takes his 13th crack at the Genesis victory this week, the tournament remains the only PGA venue where he has played 4 or more times without winning.

Bubba Watson is defending his 2018 title, and going for a fourth victory in his past six visits to the Riviera.
Phil Mickelson comes in as the hottest players in the game with his 44th career win at the AT&T on Monday. Phil has won here twice.

Hole #10: The drivable 315 yard par 4 is one of the most interesting holes on the TOUR. Its small green is set on an angle and players are faced with challenging shots around the green, thus making the decision to go for it off the tee a difficult one.

"Up to 50 trees at a Vancouver golf course damaged by vandals"
Vancouver Park Board is looking into its third act of vandalism in the last month after someone sawed the tops off dozens of trees at Langara Golf Course.
Up to 50 juvenile trees — sequoia, West Coast cedar, Douglas fir, Fraser fir and alder — were damaged over the last four weeks, according to a park board press release.
