Did you know!?
There are FIVE sets of brothers on the Comets team!
The Wareham’s, Hrycak’s, Espenell’s, Richmond’s and McFadden’s.
Although the Comets are comprised of groups of brothers, we are proud to call each member of the team our family. 💚 💛

⚾️ The Comets 2038 team training is underway. During the game, Stirling and Raleigh will be playing catch with each other or anyone in the stands, finding foul balls, cheering on the Comets, and impersonating the umpires. After the game, the boys can be found in the dugout giving fist bumps to the guys, inspecting the equipment and playing catch with the guys, including the opposing team.
Stirling’s favourite players are “Lazer” also known as Layton Veitch, “Uncle Beevis” aka Scott Beever and “Uncle Jase” aka Jase Wareham. And he thinks Joe Hrycak is a “nice guy.” While Raleigh doesn’t waste his words, his favourite training is running bases.
In all seriousness, thank you to our fans and community for helping make these little moments turn into big dreams for both the little and big Comets! We are truly grateful for your dedicated support. ⚾️

Introducing the Beever Dam! The unofficial name for the new scorekeepers booth where you will find Jocelyn Beever attentively keeping score.
With the generous support of the Rivers and Area Community Foundation, along with community fundraising efforts, the Comets built a scorekeepers booth and are in the process of installing an outdoor sound system.
Thank you to the Rivers and Area Community Foundation for making this possible. And thank you to Ramsey Construction for their quick build of the booth.
