E=mc3 triathlon club is a small group of diverse and dedicated triathletes from around the Prescott-Russell area.
The mission of the E=mc3 triathlon club is to promote fitness and perseverance thru the sport of triathlon. The team provides information, motivation, training support and social activities for athletes aged 18 +.

Congratulations to four of our athletes who finished the 70.3 Maine held yesterday at Old Orchard Beach. All four finished with personal best results.

5150 and 70.3 Ironman is completed ✅ huge congrats to all our athletes for amazing performances!!
We have 1 athlete participating at the 5150 held tomorrow and 11 at the Ironman 70.3 on Sunday!! This weekend is a great weekend for our club. Good luck to all of you and have fun!!!
