I am going to be following the Government's restriction exemption program ; therefore, all participants must be vaccinated to participate. Sorry to have to do that, just following the rules so we can get on with things and I NEED to get back to class!

For class you need : a mat, waterbottle, (clean indoor shoes are optional - padded floor), set of handweights, and you will receive a dynaband with registration. I am subretning the bay that the Rocky Cheer Club is in. It's very large, padded floor, washroom, lots of parking space. It's located in the industrial area ( bay adjacent to where Panic Printing (Wynmenga Industries) is.

It's been SO LONG! I hope that you are doing well and are still moving! I have found a way to fit FITness back into my schedule.
Here is a sneak peek at what I am working on! Before I pop it out to the public, let me know if you're interested. We will be meeting at the Rocky Roar Cheerleading Bay (located in the Panic Printing (Wymenga Industries building).
The first session will be from Oct 21 - Dec 7th. Cost is $125 for 14 classes. A dynaband is required and you must have your own, or you can purchase one.

Hello everyone. I was going to do a quick update, but I want to pass this on. Desmond's wife has been diagnosed with a very aggressive "Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer". It came on very suddenly and he has taken a leave from work to be by her side. Take care! I am going to be teaching some online and pop up classes starting June.

We are doing a beginner fitness class Mon & Wed nights from 7 - 745 pm (please warm up prior to class) let me know if you want to join in. We are meeting on Zoom, down load the ap on your smart phones / tablets, computer. Stay healthy and strong!
What have you done lately? Let's get it done today
- 5 min warm up
- 20 squats
-12 push ups
- 12 sit ups
- 2 30 sec front planks
- 15 overhead press
- 15 biceps
- 15 triceps
- gleut bridge ( lay down - lift and lower hips 20 x hold at top 10 sec seach rep)
- side plank l&r 30 seconds
- superman on front or swimming
- repeat all another time or 2 and enjoy a good stretch!
