Prentice Creek Horse Trials is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make our 2026 event a success!

Whether you’re a seasoned eventing enthusiast or simply looking to get involved, we have a variety of volunteer positions available throughout the weekend. From cross-country jump judges and timers to gate attendants, runners, hospitality, and more, there’s a role for everyone.

No prior experience is necessary for many positions - training and instructions will be provided.

Start & Finish Timers Needed – July 4th, 2026

Prentice Creek Horse Trials is seeking reliable volunteers to assist as Start & Finish Timers for our upcoming event.

These roles are essential to ensuring accurate timing and a smooth flow of competition, while giving you a front-row view of riders heading out on course and galloping through the finish.

Snacks, drinks, and a delicious lunch will be provided - along with our sincere gratitude for your time and willingness to give back to the equestrian community.
