Big congrats to Garrett on winning gold in Japan in his nogi division!

Hey Folks! A lot of you are wondering, what's going on now that September is upon us? We are awaiting approval from our school Administrators, who are very busy right now sorting out scheduling with school sports and school related events! Once we hear from them then we will go from there. In the meantime we are actively looking for a Temporary space to train in so we can get started! I'm sure we are very anxious to get back into training and reconnecting, I know i am!

Congrats to Kaleb and receiving his 1st Dan black belt. Kaleb is one of our original students when we first started. He almost never misses class, helps teach at the club and competes as often as he can. Well deserved!

This last Monday we were fortunate enough to have Garret from Diekema Martial Arts come out our way teach some drills, roll with us and help out with Promotions. Congratulations to everyone who got Promoted. We weren't able to get a picture of everyone but here are a few!

These 6 are competing tonight and tomorrow in Edmonton at the Fire and Ice Championship! Lets wish them luck!

Today is the last day to register for the Taekwondo tournament tomorrow!

There is no cardio kickboxing tonight. We will have regular taekwondo class the usual time.

We are in need of volunteers for the tournament on saturday. Anyone interested in helping out gets a free lunch and lots of gratitude!! 😁😁😁
