Anna - Shine Bright like a Diamond Award

Anna was a returning athlete this year and we are so proud of everything she accomplished!

There isn’t any skill in cheer that Anna doesn’t push for - being mindful of technique and executing on those skills, during practices and on the competition floor.

Every stunt skill that we throw at Anna she achieves, always with a smile on her face and encouraging her teammates to push for each skill.

We saw Anna set more tumbling skills for herself this year, and she kept working hard to connect those skills.

Anna has every facet of a gemstone, bringing that sparkle and finesse to the competition floor. Congratulations Anna on being named our Shine Bright like a Diamond athlete, setting a great example of what our cheer program is all about.

Elise - Super Stunter

Elise was a returning Diamond this year. She knocked off skill after skill last year, and walked into the gym this year and continued the trend she started last year.

She continued to perfect and achieve tumbling skills, approaching each skill with ease and confidence.

Her jump height and ex*****on makes her an athlete that stands out on the floor.

This athlete attacks every single stunt skill, and serves as both a back spot and base. Elise always gives 100% at practices and competitions. She takes every skill we throw at her and gets it done.

We are so proud to recognize Elise as our Super Stunter for this year. Congratulations Elise!

Lily - Sassiest Cheerleader

Lily was a returning gemstone this year. This is an athlete who loves cheer and loves performing the routine, giving her all while on the floor.

Not only does Lily work hard, but she inspires the team to put the work in, and is always mat talking encouragement to the team.

Lily is always point person in the dance because of her timing and facials. She remembers every single count and performs each motion with sass and class, drawing the spectators eye right from the first count.

One of our voiceovers in our routine this year was we came here to slay, which Lily did every time she stepped on the mat.

We are so pleased to recognize Lily with the Sassiest Cheerleader award. Congratulations Lily!

Lily - the Sparkle Award

This was Lily’s second year as a gemstone. We saw so much growth from her during the first year and were excited to see her build on those skills.

This athlete continued to knock off new tumbling skills and stunt skills, all while working hard to improve jump height and dance motions, performing with great facials and sass.

Every year our athletes embody the traits of what our cheer program stands for: hard work, commitment to the sport and team, cheering for other cheer programs during competition, and being an ambassador for our school. Lily does all these things!

The love Lily has for this sport shines through in everything she does. We are so proud to recognize Lily with the Sparkle Award. Congratulations Lily!

Georgia - the Never Quit Award

Georgia was a returning Diamond this year, bringing with her the skills she mastered last year, and the confidence and drive to achieve new skills this season.

She is the type of athlete ready to work, and gives her all throughout practice and while on the competition floor.

Whether Georgia is tumbling, jumping, stunting or dancing, it is always with the mindset to succeed and to do the very best she can. She brings the sass with every performance.

Georgia will take every skill we throw at her, and achieve it. She knows working hard will drive success.

We are so proud to recognize Georgia with the Never Quit Award. Congratulations Georgia!

Laurel - Best Jumps

Laurel has been a Diamond for her three years of HMMS, and is an athlete who has all the skills for the sport. Her love for this sport shines through in everything she does.

She gives her all while performing, ensuring each motion and skill is executed beautifully.
From flying to basing, there was no skill that Laurel couldn’t conquer.

“We can do this” was the approach from Laurel for new stunt skills, new tumbling skills and right before full out runs, mat talking her teammates from start to finish, encouraging them to do their best.

Laurel has always had really nice height and technique in jumps, but this year saw her really attack these, achieving over extended toe touches.

We are so proud to recognize Laurel with the Best Jumps for this year. Congratulations Laurel!

Alexa - Most Valuable Player

Alexa was a Diamond all three years of her middle school years, chosen by her team as Miss Congeniality the last two years.

This athlete is a hard worker, 100% dedicated to the sport, the team and herself, giving her absolute best to every skill needed in cheer.

There isn’t a skill that Alexa can’t do! She approaches all skills with the approach that I got this, but she also brings along her team with that same approach.

She inspires her team to do their absolute best and is always encouraging her fellow athletes.

We saw Alexa achieve so many tumbling skills executing each skill with technique and grace.
She applies this same work ethic to her jumps and dance.

She performs with grace and sass, executing each skill with confidence and a smile, allowing her love for this sport to shine through.

We are so proud to recognize Alexa as the Most Valuable Player for the year.
