As 2025 comes to a close, I’m incredibly proud of how far DFITT has come. What started as a vision has grown into a community built on consistency, hard work, and real results. Helping people reach their fitness goals—physically and mentally—will always be the heart of what we do.
As we continue to raise the ceiling and grow, none of this happens without the support of every client, athlete, family member, and supporter who believed in DFITT along the way.
