Starting March 17th (Wednesday) - 7 pm I will be offering 90 minutes online Kundalini classes.
The platform is Zoom and I will be sending out links before each class with a short explanation on what we will be working in the class for that week.
The 10 weeks session is $100 per person if you sign upfront for all 10 classes, or $13 per class if you would like to do online "drop-in" classes.

What is it that will inspire you this year? Are you going to challenge yourself to get fit, learn a new language or rekindle your love for an old craft?

Our challenge for the New Year is welcoming a new member to our family - Bentley an Australian shepherd that we already love so much just from the pictures :-)
I also have big plans for expanding on the permaculture garden and possibly getting another beehive. Also, our Sunday hikes will keep going as long as it is not raining, so if you are interested please text me to find out where we are meeting for the week.
