This is the final call for nominations for our election coming up for the 2025-2026 term.

All positions for the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors are open. The deadline to submit nominations to this email address is 12pm Mon Oct 21.

Elections will take place at our next General Membership Meeting on Wed Oct 23 at the Dalhousie Yacht Club. Doors open at 6pm and the meeting will begin at 7pm.

All are welcome to attend but only 2024 members are eligible to vote.

Congratulations to Steve Jablonski from Krazy Kings Sportsfishing the winner of our 2024 Hartzel Marine & Auto Service - Members Memorial Salmon Slam 5x5. Steve & his team put together an impressive weight of 105.88lbs for 5 Salmon.

Larry Schroeder from team Fishing Witch had the largest Salmon overall & wins a Scotty Fishing Products 1116 electric downrigger.

We look forward to presenting the prizes to all of the winners on Thursday evening.

On Thursday June 6 we will be having our June meeting which will consist of a BBQ & we will be presenting prizes to the winners of our Spring Salmon Derby & the Members Memorial Salmon Slam 5x5 at our clubhouse at 61 Lighthouse Rd.

The BBQ will begin at 6pm. It will be free for all paid 2024 members (proof of membershipship required). Derb & MMSS prizes winners will also be free along with one guest.

We will begin presenting awards at about 7pm.

We would prefer if everyone could please RSVP if possible by Tues June 4, 7pm so we can plan accordingly. email us at [email protected]

Prize winners who are unable to attend, please contact us to make alternate arrangements to pick up your prizes.
