🎸 MORE THAN A GUITAR. A PART OF OUR HISTORY. 🎸

For many years, my dear friend Vaclav Stark, better known to so many of us as “Big V,” has created one of a kind, handcrafted guitars for both the Mindi O Show and the Niagara Falls Classic.

These guitars have become part of the history and tradition of our shows. They are not simply awards. Each one represents the passion, perseverance, dedication and spirit of the athletes who step onto our stage.

Vaclav is a true gentle giant with an incredible heart. His friendship, support and belief in our events have meant so much to me throughout the years.

This year’s custom Niagara Falls Classic guitar was absolutely incredible. Every detail was designed with so much care, creativity and craftsmanship.

On behalf of Julie and me, thank you, Big V, for continuing this special tradition and for once again creating something truly unforgettable.

On behalf of Julie and me, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible guest performers, Grace Bent, Tyler Okowinsky and Karen Morley.

We received so much positive feedback about each of your performances, and it was truly deserved. We sincerely appreciate the time, preparation and effort you put into creating your routines.

To me, that is what separates a good athlete from an incredible athlete. You take the time to perfect your craft. From the moment you step onstage until your final pose, you are polished from head to toe, completely present and committed to delivering an unforgettable performance.

Each of you brought something completely different to the stage, and that made the evening even more special. We were incredibly honoured to have all three of you perform at the 2026 Niagara Falls Classic.

A huge thank you to our incredible judging panel for the 2026 CPA Niagara Falls Classic! 🏆

David Otterbein, Carl Cheung, Head Judge Rudy Jambrosic, Avril Mamo and Cosimo Agostino certainly had their work cut out for them. The quality of athletes who stepped onto our stage was outstanding, and we are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, experience, integrity and genuine passion for this industry that each judge brought to the panel.

Rudy’s history with Mindi goes all the way back to 1996, when he judged her at her very first competition. Since 2012, he has served as Head Judge at nearly every Mindi O Productions event, including the Niagara Falls Classic and the Mindi O Show, missing only one show throughout all those years.

To have someone who was present at the very beginning of Mindi’s competitive journey continue to support her today as a promoter is incredibly special. It speaks to the longevity of this sport and the meaningful relationships that have developed over the years.

David, Carl and Cosimo have also stood on a Mindi O Productions stage as competitors. To now have them sitting at the judging table is a true full circle moment and another reflection of the history we share.

This is so much more than a sport or a competition. It is a family of people who share a deep passion for the industry. We have grown together, supported one another and continued to show up for each other year after year.

Thank you to all five of our judges for giving your time, sharing your expertise and helping us provide every athlete with the fair and professional experience they deserve. We appreciate each of you more than you know. ❤️

There are proud moments… and then there are moments like this. ❤️

Watching my son, Alex, step onto the stage as the emcee for the 2026 Niagara Falls Classic was incredibly special.

Alex, you did an absolutely amazing job. You were confident, professional, composed, and brought such great energy to the entire show. You commanded the room, kept everything moving smoothly, and handled every moment like you had been doing it for years.

As promoters, Julie and I could not have asked for a better emcee. We are both incredibly grateful for everything you brought to the show and so proud of the important role you played in making the Niagara Falls Classic an unforgettable event.

And as your mom, my heart was bursting with pride.

Thank you for standing beside Julie and me, believing in our vision, and helping us bring it to life.

Promoting a show of this size takes a village, and we truly had the best team beside us. You gave your time, energy and heart to help bring our vision to life, and we will never take that for granted.
