🕘 8AM - Rhythm Build Part 1: Crush Your Form Ride

Think of this as your foundation class. We’re breaking down and dialing in your form, and making sure you actually know how to ride to the beat not just survive it. Whether you’re brand new or have been riding for years, this one will change the way you ride. Forever.

🕘 9AM - Rhythm Build Part 2: Make It Count

Now we take everything from Part 1 and we unleash it. This is a full Rhythm Ride with music, movement, energy but now you’ve got the tools to actually feel every beat in your body. This is where it gets fun.

You can do one or both. Either way you’ll leave a completely different rider than when you walked in. 🙌

SPIN AGAINST SEXUAL VIOLENCE 🚴‍♀️💜

Join us on May 29 at 5:30 PM for a powerful community ride supporting Kits Place.

This free spin class is open to everyone, with optional cash donations going directly to Kits Place — a non-profit organization providing wraparound support services for those impacted by sexual violence. Tax receipts available upon request.

We’re also excited to have Kits Place therapy dog, Poet, joining us for the event 🐾💜

Say hello to Jessica Sundblad and then catch her on the bike every Wednesday at 7:30pm. 👋

A former USPORTS basketball player, Jessica found her way to spin and never looked back. She’s coming to Spin North with teaching experience from MEET @ Tommy’s, where she built a following with terrain-style classes that make you stronger and sweatier.

Her philosophy? Build up, don’t burn out. Every class is designed to serve your body for the long haul.

Oh, and the playlist? It’s a vibe. Jessica is Swedish, and she has a gift for sneaking in European artists you didn’t know you already loved.

First-timer or seasoned rider — she’ll meet you where you are and push you to find a little more.
