Learn self defence and experience authentic kickboxing training without sparring by a certified fitness kickboxing Canada trainer

Each week we will build on the week before – increasing your technique and building your strength. The cardiovascular, toning, conditioning and motor skill enhancements gained make fitness kickboxing a tremendous option to sport - competitive kickboxing. What to expect:
Duration: 1hr
- A full body warm up/work out
- Kickboxing Training - From the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance, footwork, kickboxing drills and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training.
- Additional Ab routines each week
- Stretches and cool down period. These sessions are not aerobic classes with fighting techniques thrown in. You will experience an authentic kickboxing work out coupled with core and strength training. Other Reported Side Effects: toned muscles, increased endurance, and improved self-confidence. What to wear: Whatever you feel comfortable to work out in, sneakers. Who will benefit from this class: Everyone. All fitness levels.
