Awesome Monday Night of training! Come check us out Wednesday we have with jasper and with Jon Williams

Great classes last night jasper lead the kickboxing class at 6, and then we had our Jiu Jitsu class with Jon Williams

Awesome competition training yesterday, we did live drills that where focus on stand up/take downs and did 7 minute open rounds!

Awesome class last night (Friday). We went over a double leg takedown set up and ways to defend it! Our next night for classes is Monday, we got striking at 6 and some No Gi Jiu Jitsu at 7:30, come in and check us out!
