Hey! I’m Todd – the coach behind TMQ Fitness! 💥
I’ve been a National & Industry Insured Certified Personal Trainer since 2001 and a Sports Conditioning Coach since 2008, helping people across Canada and the U.S. reach their fitness and athletic goals. My journey started with a love for sports — especially hockey, which led me to a D1 scholarship 🏒 and eventually into the world of coaching and conditioning.
These days, I’m training clients out of both the Irving Oil Field House and Rothesay Athletics, working with everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes.
