We have an outage in Mara tonight, crew is working on a fix. Unsure of timeline for restoration at this time.

Our TUK mountain tower has lost connection. A crew is going to make an attempt to reach it today and get the problem resolved. The affects Falkland and Westwold areas.

Webhosting Canada is having issues with the server and outgoing emails are getting nowhere. They are working on the issue and hope to have it resolved soon.

The Site owners in Malakwa are putting in a backup power system for when there is a power outage. This unfortunately requires the power to be disconnected for installation. Malakwa could be out of service until 5pm or so. We are sorry for the inconvenience as we had no notice.

There's an issue at our Salmon Valley site and services are down. It was broken into last week and we think they may have come back and stolen equipment this time. We are unsure and it is a dangerous trip to the site in the dark. A crew will be up first thing in the morning to confirm whether that is the case. We are sorry for the inconvenience this evening but the safety of the crew comes first.

There seems to be a main powerline issue on the way up the mountain to the Wallensteen tower. It is not under our control. Until it's resolved the affected areas are SW Salmon Arm and Sunnybrae and Annis Bay. It may not get fixed until tomorrow. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We will be performing backhaul and network upgrades Aug 1 between 2am and 4am. This will cause intermittent outages. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Power outage from Sorrento to the end of Eagle Bay, this affects Lee Creek, Celista, Anglemont etc. BC Hydro is onsite, no estimated time of restoration given.

Wildrose Bay and surrounding areas will have a short outage this afternoon while we do upgrades to the site across the lake. Should only last 10-15 min.

There is a hydro power outage in Eagle Bay which affects both side of the lake on the north shuswap.
