Monday 4:00-5:00 pm Old guy yoga
Tuesdays 10:30-12:00 Hatha yoga
Tuesdays 5:00-6:30pm Heart and Harmony
Thursdays 10:30-12:00 Hands on hatha
Thursday 4:00-5:00 Old guy yoga
Thursdays 6:00-7:30 Hatha yoga
