there are some things, some feelings, some days in life that you will never forget
for me, the look on my husbands face when he saw ZJ walk my down the aisle
the feeling of almost everybody I love being in one room together celebrating mine and my husbands love
the moment my husband, son and I shared a first dance together at our wedding
are a few I’ll never forget
If you know me well you have likely heard me talk about my wedding day and how truly special it was
If you know my vendors you’ve probably heard them talk about it too
I consider myself one of the lucky ones for sure

ZJ ran his first cross country race and placed 15th in 120+ kids, team bonding afternoon, a home game win, more time at the arena watching the Flags with the crew, a BEAUTIFUL door-open Pit push lift, and an away game to end the weekend! 🏒🍂💪🏼

Quality > Quantity 💎
Lately I have shifted the shift in my training. I’ve dropped the weight 70-80% in all of my lifts and have been increasing volume. Not only has my body been responding really well, but I’ve also been really enjoying it *who would’be thought* 💁🏻♀️
The combination of a door open pull day, a fresh gym fit, a workout that wasn’t rushed and the sun shining through on my favourite month of the year was the recipe for an awesome lift - and it was 🧚🏼♀️💋🏋️♀️

I truly have so much to be thankful for.
Thankful for the most kind, loving, faithful and supportive husband
Thankful for my son who is healthy, happy and has the best group of friends
Thankful for my mom and mother in law who are both healthy and thriving in their own lives
Thankful for my brother and sister in law who are bringing me my precious nephew in a few short weeks
Thankful for my gym, BCB and each client that chooses BCB
Thankful for my PT business, BDF, and all of my clients, I cherish our conversations, PR’s and getting to be a part of their journey
Thankful for my closest friends who show up when I need them the most and are so so loyal to me
This holiday has always been special to me, but as I get older my perspective continues to change and my appreciation continues to deepen for this incredible life I have to be thankful for
