Underarm Row
Calf press
Preacher curl/Hammer Curl.

2 sets for most - sitting between 8-12 rep range.

01/04/2026

Today Chest Session with some triceps and abdominals.

Flat DB Press - 2 x 8-10
Pec Deck - 2 x 10-12
Incline machine Press - 1 x 6-8
Flat machine Press - 1 x 12-15
Dips - Failure x 1 SS with whatever you call those things.
Triceps ( 3 angles, 2 sets per angle )
Planks and Rec Abd work.

Finding baselines with training structure is key.

Proud Coach.

22 years old. WNBF Ontario for his first show. 4 categories, Medals in each.

The hard work and dedication shown throughout this prep has been second to none. As you can see, this guy has serious potential, it's an honour to coach him.

Ps. He has hit a total of 5 actual leg days in 6 months due to injury. This was not his 100%. The game continues.

Labourers Holy Water 🤙🏼

Honestly my recommendation for having whole foods over protein shakes is always there.

However there sometimes simply isn’t the option for that whether it’s work or family life.

This is literally the best solution I’ve found with each shake being 30g protein, 90g carb and 7g fibre.

Is it the most optimal, no.
Does it aid a less optimal situation, yes.

Absolutely huge transformation by ready for her holiday to Bali 🍹 which she is now thoroughly enjoying.

Balancing regular life with also pursuing goals can be done and ocean is the prime example! A few hangovers and nights out were enjoyed prepping for Bali but it didn’t throw us off track!

I’m Excited to see where we can go from here when the shots stop flowing!
