A huge thank you to Stephanie Worsfold, who works with PVL Sports Nutrition, for making the trip from London to spend the evening with our boxers! Stephanie shared her knowledge on nutrition, supplements, performance, recovery, and overall health, giving our athletes valuable information they can use both in and out of the ring.

We also want to thank Ryan, Manager and Regional Director with Popeye’s Supplements, for his support and for providing our boxers with some amazing goodie bags filled with samples, shaker bottles, and more!

And a special thank you to also goes to our coach, Kathy Ure, for organizing everything and making this event possible 🥊

It was a great night of learning and giving our boxers more tools to fuel their training, recovery, and performance. 🥊💪

Thank you to all of our boxers, along with their family and friends who came out to volunteer at Rocktoberfest this past weekend! 🥊

We had a great group helping us run the bars both nights🍻 Not everyone who volunteered is pictured, but we appreciate each and every person who came out to help!

Your support and willingness to volunteer makes a big difference for our club. Thank you for another great weekend!
