The Cestar Group Athletics & Fitness Complex, which includes the Fitness Centre, will be CLOSED on Monday, September 7th for Labour Day.

Regular hours will begin on Tuesday, September 8th for the 2026-27 academic year.

UPDATE: Today's exhibition games in Windsor have been CANCELLED due to weather and field conditions. The games will not be rescheduled.

We're returning to regular hours to start the school year.

Starting Tuesday, September 8th, hours of the Fitness Centre will extend earlier in the mornings, later in the evenings, and open on weekends once again for the 2026-27 academic year! The Fitness Centre and Yoga Studio will be closed on holidays.

Lambton College I.D. cards are required to access the facility.

Members of our Athletics & Student Life Team helped to welcome incoming first year students to campus today with Campus Connection!

Albin Gashi, SAC President and Men's Basketball captain, served as the emcee for the Welcome & Introduction to Student Services to start the day. From there, Albin moderated the Student Panel sessions, where fellow student-athletes Ava Grant and Logan Buntrock were among the four-person panel to share their experiences as students at Lambton College, and to answer any questions that the incoming students or their families had about their college journey.
