ATTN Strathroy!

Forge Training Centre is proud to be opening its second location in Strathroy, Ontario. Forge Training Centre opened in Sarnia in 2017. If you have ever attended a class at Forge in Sarnia, then you know what to expect in Strathroy.

If you have never been to a class or even stepped foot inside a martial arts gym, here is what to expect; team atmosphere, family first, kid friendly, respect being given and respect being shown, health and safety is top priority, skill acquisition, increased strength, increased balance, deeper understanding of combat sports and the level at which you can safely participate in them, relating knowledge of combat sport to self defence, having the ability to defend yourself

Starting at 5pm on Monday: kids Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, adult Jiu Jitsu

Starting at 5pm on Wednesday: kids kickboxing, kickboxing, adult Jiu Jitsu

Starting at 5pm on Friday: kids kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing

Head Instructor Rowan Cunningham has lived in Strathroy since 2019 and he looks forward to sharing his knowledge and experience with the people of Strathroy and surrounding area.

It was an excellent day of Jiu Jitsu at the Ontario Open this weekend. Superbly run tournament, thank you Steve Poulin and all the other organizers, referees, etc.

Forge brought 14 competitors, all of which fought hard and displayed great sportsmanship.
Thank you to all my teammates for your hard work and preparation. Also a big thank you to the teammates who didn’t compete, but shows up to support those who did. Next up: belt grading!
