Last night was pure magic ā a peaceful and grounding Breathwork session shared with my soul sistersš¤
Last night I was reminded that I donāt always have to lead ā sometimes the most powerful thing I can do is surrender and let myself be supported.
Itās so important to take care of yourself ā to pause, breathe, and be held. These moments of connection, healing, and sisterhood are everything. Surround yourself with people who remind you itās okay to slow down.

Taught yoga and meditation to my daughterās high school gym class this morning!
Introducing young minds to the power of mindful movement and stillness is such a gift. Yoga isnāt just about flexibility ā itās about presence, breath, and balance, both on and off the mat.
In a world thatās constantly moving, teaching these students how to pause, breathe, and connect with themselves felt more important than ever.

During this 4 week series, we will explore different poses and movements to gently release stress, anxiety and trauma that is stored within our bodies. Followed by a relaxing and grounding meditation at the end of each practice that will calm your nervous system and leave you feeling at peace.
Our bodies remember everything and there is a deep, intricate relationship between emotional trauma and our bodies. Yoga and mindfulness are powerful tools for healing from trauma as they help us to reconnect with our bodies and release stored stress.
Movement will be gentle and no experience is necessary. Please bring water to drink, your yoga mat and dress comfortable.
